Open the menu next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the app. Go to the "My bookings" menu item. Select the relevant booking from the list, click on "Cancel" and then confirm the cancellation.
If the cancellation period has expired, please contact the club directly.
If an error occurs during cancellation, please let us know the relevant start time (Course, day, time) and the exact message — the easiest way is via the support form in the app.
Open the menu next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the app. Go to the "My Tournaments / Events / Courses" menu item. Select the relevant booking from the list, click on "Cancel", and then confirm the cancellation.
Please note that cancellation policies and deadlines are set by the venue. If an error occurs, please let us know the tournament and the exact message — the easiest way is via the support form in the app.
Open the menu next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the app. Go to the "My Golf" menu item. Select your home club there. Under "Card number", enter your club number (four digits) and membership number (six digits) as shown on your DGV card.
Note: You only need the last 5 characters on your DGV card for golf.de.
If you book via the golf club’s website, you will only be shown the relevant course. You can only switch between courses in the app. There, you’ll find ‘Course Selection’ in the left-hand menu, where you can change the golf course. In the course selection, you’ll only find courses that also use our online services.
Please check your spam and junk folders first — both in your email programme and with your email provider. It is best to add the address @pccaddie-online.de to your list of approved senders.
Are you not receiving an email when others book you in? For co-booked individuals, emails are only sent if the club that has booked you also has your current email address. Therefore, please provide your email address to the relevant club and give your consent for them to send you emails.
When you book a tee time, your details are sent to the course you have booked. If the club already has a record for you, for example due to a previous booking or tournament entry, this record will be used. When you book online, this information is not overwritten in the club’s system. Therefore, the Handicap last saved in the club’s system will be displayed. Only the club itself can change the Handicap, for example via a DGV intranet synchronisation.
The icon is Eye-Able and is required under the Accessibility Act. If you click on it by mistake, the app’s appearance will change.
Go to the “Accessibility” menu item in the left-hand menu. There you will find not only our accessibility statement but also a “Reset” button: with a single click, you can reset your personal settings for Eye-Able to the default.
This feature is useful, for example, if Eye-Able is hidden following individual customisations. With Eye-Able hidden, it is difficult to undo changes, and a reset provides a straightforward solution.
There is no shared account or family account. Each person needs their own profile, but the same email address can be used. With the “Register family member” feature, you can easily create another login: you only need a name and date of birth; the email address remains the same. Open the menu next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the app. Go to the “Switch user” menu option and follow the instructions.
