Whether it’s taster sessions, candidates for the golf licence, coach availability, golf events or meeting rooms — with PC CADDIE, you’re always in full control. Appointments can be booked and paid for directly online via the club website. You set requirements, handicap limits or preferred booking slots, and once templates are saved, booking becomes particularly quick and efficient. Every resource — from PE courses to available tee times and event venues — can be specifically allocated.
Participants automatically receive confirmations via email, WebSMS or mail merge. Interim updates can also be sent directly from the event module. All booking details are visible in the CRM at all times — for quick information and flawless organisation. With PC CADDIE, prospective customers become satisfied course participants and event attendees — and, as a result, perhaps even new members.
