Your responsibilities
We are looking for you to join our team at our site in 23843 Bad Oldesloe in northern Germany, to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
- You will monitor and support our customers’ hardware and software environments via remote maintenance, by telephone, on-site or in the cloud.
- You will act as the point of contact for our customers on all IT-related matters.
- You will develop solutions to ensure the secure and stable operation of our clients’ systems seven days a week.
- You will document your tasks and invoice for services provided.
Your profile
- You have a solid IT background in the Windows environment (at least MCSA or equivalent) and have already gained professional experience in the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Working independently, responsibly, in an organised manner and being helpful are your strengths.
- You think entrepreneurially and help our customers with their requests and problems.
- You are good at analysing situations and handling time pressure.
- You are willing to spend a few days a month on site with our clients and, together with your colleagues on a rota basis, to be available to our clients at weekends and on public holidays.

Your responsibilities
We are looking to strengthen our six-person technical team at our dynamic company, which comprises 45 dedicated individuals. As an IT systems technician, we will train you to become an expert in our specific tasks:
- Working alongside your second-level support team, you will manage our customers’ hardware and software environments via remote maintenance, by telephone or on-site. These are local Windows or cloud environments.
- You will install and provide training on our specialist hardware at the customer’s premises, e.g. RFID readers for vending and access systems (serial RS485 connections), POS terminals with peripherals and radio modules for electric Carts.
- You will manage our PC CADDIE software and databases at the customer’s site as part of technical support (troubleshooting, checking access rights, update service).
- You will implement server and cloud projects in collaboration with our clients’ IT experts.
Your profile
- You have a solid IT background in the Windows environment (at least MCSA or equivalent) and have already gained professional experience in the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Experience with PC CADDIE, other database programmes and programming skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
- You see working independently, responsibly, in an organised manner and being helpful as your strengths.

Your profile
- You have excellent programming skills and are interested in a dynamic, service-oriented customer environment.
- A completed apprenticeship. An apprenticeship in programming is desirable but not essential.
- You have knowledge of database programming, Visual Basic and C++ or C#.
- You work independently and with dedication.
- You are a team player and enjoy working closely with support and sales teams on projects.
- You have a good command of spoken and written English and a basic knowledge of German. You will acquire German language skills as you work.
- You prefer working in a team and can handle the freedom that comes with it.
