Access control system with integrated payment system – centralised, contactless, manageable

The PC CADDIE access system combines access control and cashless payment in a single solution. Members and guests use chip cards, transponders, PINs or an app to operate doors, ball and drinks vending machines, floodlights, barriers or check-in terminals. All functions can be controlled contactlessly – even directly via a smartphone. You can flexibly define prices, authorisations, discounts and usage times according to status, tariff or time period.

MIFARE RFID technology ensures secure identification, whilst all payments and usage are recorded in real time in the PC CADDIE system. Credit balances, outstanding items and permissions are managed centrally, take effect immediately and can be adjusted or blocked at any time. Even paid-for use of vending machines can be automatically charged to the customer’s account.

You can seamlessly integrate external cash register, payment, catering or pro shop systems via interfaces. Readers with displays show prices and remaining credit, whilst security features protect external doors against tampering.

The result is a scalable system that combines modern convenience for users with full payment and operational control for the operator.

No data loss, as card balances and authorisations are managed and stored in the PC CADDIE system
If a card is lost, rights and credit can be easily transferred to a new card
