With PC CADDIE, you can offer your golfers a modern, digital booking experience for tee times, coaching sessions, lessons and Carts. Members and guests can view available times and services online in real time, make binding bookings directly and, if they wish, pay online straight away. You set the rules: who can book, when, how often, how far in advance, and the deadline for cancellations.

Your offering can be structured flexibly — with customised time slots per day and separate bookings for multiple courses, pros, Carts or other areas. Even large courses remain clear and easy to use for your players. All bookings are consolidated centrally and in real time and are available for analysis and statistics.

Using online check-in functions, players can independently check in for their bookings — via mobile or on-site — and the status is immediately visible in the system. Everything is seamlessly integrated, from course bookings through billing, no-shows and event planning right through to green fee sales. Via the connection to the PC CADDIE POS system, your players can book and pay directly from their tee time.

Partner apps can access the system directly, such as the app from our partner IOTee.This allows additional services, such as automated golf cart usage, to be seamlessly integrated. Overall, you offer your guests a modern, digital service — efficient for the club, convenient for your players.
