I have been working with PC CADDIE on golf courses for 12 years. Throughout this time, PC CADDIE has always proved to be a very reliable system and, despite its wide range of features, is easy to use. Particularly commendable is the speed with which customer requests are implemented and the system’s ability to adapt to new requirements in the sport of golf.
The topics for our on-site session had been set in advance. It was less of a general training session and more about tackling an urgent task that needed to be done. In that context, it was quite a challenge to learn and understand all the new things and then put them into practice straight away.
Ms Sonntag was a trainer who explained things clearly and supported us greatly. Now it’s all about ‘learning by doing’, and if we get stuck, we know there’s a helpful helpdesk on hand.

The management has always relied on PC CADDIE to ensure the smooth running of the club. For the past 15 months or so, the club has also outsourced its entire membership fee and invoicing administration: PC CADDIE handles all membership billing, SEPA direct debits and invoicing for the club. I have been working with PC CADDIE for over 15 years and greatly appreciate the ongoing, innovative improvements and module enhancements, which are always tailored to the latest challenges in golf management and the IT environment.
Intuitive features, ease of use and the ability to tailor the individual modules precisely to the needs of your own club are just a few of the advantages this system offers.
In particular, the Customer Relationship Management module facilitates communication with members (information emails, circulars, newsletters, etc.) and provides all essential correspondence at a glance (international tournament data sheets, tournament registrations and cancellations).

One of the top three improvements over the previous provider is, first and foremost, the online payment system. In second place is the tournament module, which is very user-friendly and flexible. Finally, we are impressed by the simple, fast and efficient invoicing process.
We are very impressed with the PC CADDIE software and service. The software is intuitive and easy to use, even for beginners. Should you have any questions or encounter any issues, the helpline is always staffed by knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.
The golf season kicked off in March 2025 with PC CADDIE. By then, things were in full swing, with the tournament series getting underway and the club management system needing to run smoothly without a hitch. And this milestone, too, went off without a hitch.

As one of your first customers (back then, the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Golf Club), your newsletter has once again reminded me of my time with PC CADDIE and the excellent support I received. I haven’t worked at the GCGAP since 2011 and am now enjoying my retirement. During the season, I mainly play golf, and the rest of the time I enjoy plenty of personal pursuits. Switching to PC CADDIE was exactly the right move. Our members and green fee players are familiar with PC CADDIE from many other clubs in Switzerland, particularly from the network of 12 courses in the Private Partner Golf (PPG) group. They use the PC CADDIE app as a matter of course. At the same time, our team of 45 staff members – particularly in management and the secretariat – is gaining in professionalism thanks to PC CADDIE. A stable system that can do a great deal. Individual requirements can be integrated. What’s more, the customer service is very friendly and competent. I’m sure it will stay that way.
The future of golf is digital – and Lippstadt Golf Club is fully embracing this trend. Since 1 March 2025, the club has been working with PC CADDIE – and has since benefited from streamlined processes, digital services for members and greater efficiency in day-to-day operations.

The Neckartal Golf Club opted for PC CADDIE in 2002 and has never regretted it. If I have any questions, as a user I can often reach someone in customer service in the evenings and usually receive immediate assistance.
Whether it’s statistics, tournament operations or membership management – everything is logically structured. Our members appreciate the SMS service. Recently, my colleague and I have also been providing them with information via the mail server. We will soon be testing the PC CADDIE online module for tee times, tournament calendars and tournament results. Soon, our members will be kept informed about current tournaments and much more via a TV in our club restaurant. I’m really looking forward to it!
PC CADDIE has also expanded its team in recent years. I find this very handy, as I can now reach a friendly contact person specialising in each area. This makes things easier for me as a user, because my problem is understood straight away at the other end. All I can say is: keep up the good work!
Following a brief foray into using a new software provider in the golf market, the club management and the secretariat are now once again relying on the expertise of PC CADDIE. We also have staff members who are not golfers. They rely on the software being accurate. If, for example, the combined handicaps are calculated incorrectly in scramble tournaments, there are complaints upon complaints and the staff have no way of rectifying the errors. Here too, it pays off for us that PC CADDIE is a mature, stable programme.
I’d like to pass on some praise from our bank to us, and by extension to PC CADDIE. It might sound silly, but after all that work, I was absolutely delighted. We sent our SEPA direct debit (XML file) to the bank with a due date of 31 January. There were no error messages whatsoever and, according to Sparkasse, we – and therefore you – managed it without a single mistake. Quite unlike 85% of Sparkasse’s direct debit customers.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the fantastic support during the Tournament of Champions! Ursula gave me excellent training, which meant I was able to manage everything in Cyprus without any assistance. Although my entire team was out of action due to the flu, thanks to her excellent programme I was able to run three tournaments across two golf courses over two days all on my own!
In 1995, a fellow club manager lent me his 3.5-inch floppy disk containing what was, if I may say so, a very basic version of PC CADDIE at the time. I would never have dreamed that the contents of that little floppy disk would accompany me almost every day from then on! Despite increasing demands, you have retained one thing: your warm and personal manner, which is such a welcome exception in our sometimes very rough and tumble environment. Please stay exactly as you are!

The club software is also a key element of club management. Of the 12 golf courses currently managed by leadgolf, eight are already PC CADDIE customers.
This is an advantage in our consultancy work, as PC CADDIE is a powerful piece of software that can do practically anything. It is extremely agile and a master at building interfaces. Whilst this does mean you have to keep a close eye on all the functions when working with the system, the digital support from a single source is worth its weight in gold.
