PC CADDIE’s customer management system goes far beyond traditional membership management. Even prospective members and initial contacts are recorded in a structured manner and systematically nurtured. Addresses or hotel details can also be stored for guests, enabling targeted personal contact. All relevant contacts for a golf club are managed centrally and clearly – from prospective members and members to suppliers and external partners.

The integrated family and corporate management is particularly powerful: married couples and families are addressed correctly, and corporate memberships are clearly mapped. Comprehensive statistics and analysis functions provide clarity regarding the data at all times. Individually configurable lists and mail merges can be created directly in PC CADDIE and used efficiently.
