New PC CADDIE remote maintenance tool "RustDesk"
We want to provide you with even faster and more straightforward support in future. That’s why, with immediate effect, we’re switching from AnyDesk to RustDesk for remote support.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please check your firewall settings:
- Outgoing TCP ports: 21114–21119
- Outgoing UDP port: 21116
- Optional: Restrict connections to rsupport.pccaddie.com
Have you already successfully worked with our support team via RustDesk? If so, you don’t need to do anything else.
Please open the ports as soon as possible or forward this information directly to your IT department.
