Appreciation and Value Creation – 10 Years of PC CADDIE with Marc Spangenberger

Marc has been working as a managing director at PC CADDIE alongside Benedikt Schmedding and Axel Heck since 2013. Even before that, he used the software as a user in his role as co-founder of the “Golf Lounge” in Hamburg, and is therefore well placed to understand the different perspectives of decision-makers and users.
  

Marc’s credo: “Today, small, self-reliant and self-organised teams form the basis for innovative customer solutions and high-quality services. In our support teams, everyone can contribute their strengths, which leads to high levels of satisfaction among staff and customers. This is evident every day in our collaboration, especially when there is a lot to do and complex issues need to be resolved quickly for our customers. Of course, it doesn’t always work out, but I’m absolutely delighted when I regularly hear from the team or from customers that we’re doing a good job and that people at PC CADDIE are treated as individuals. Because, in my view, personal relationships will continue to make the difference in an increasingly complex world: within the team and with our customers.”
 

Marc feels at home when he drives improvements for PC CADDIE together with customers, the team and partners. To this end, he monitors market developments, evaluates innovative concepts and undertakes further training, most recently completing a Master’s in Digital Transformation Management in 2023.
