Support restrictions from 15 to 18 June 2026

Our internal PC CADDIE support meeting will take place from 15 to 18 June 2026. During this time, our support team will be focusing on face-to-face discussions, internal training and the joint development of solutions.


Availability during this period

Our hotline will not be manned during the meeting. If you have any queries, please send us an email to support (at) pccaddie.com or create a support ticket directly via the green ‘i’ icon in your PC CADDIE programme. In urgent cases, we will of course get back to you by phone.


Tip

It is best to submit non-urgent enquiries before or after the meeting period to avoid longer waiting times. Alternatively, we recommend “Book your Support” – you can find out how this works here:
