Solving problems with French jazz – 15 years of PC CADDIE with Sandra Mathys

If PC CADDIE staff were to be compared to Marvel superheroes, Sandra Mathys would surely earn the title of ‘Captain Marvel’. She tackles every ticket fearlessly and without hesitation, no matter how complicated or tricky the problem may be. Her CV also demonstrates that she never shies away from going the extra mile. Over the last 15 years, Sandra Mathys has grown into a PC CADDIE expert with great meticulousness and enthusiasm. Timetables, Supermailer and year-end accounts are her particular areas of expertise. This is all the more remarkable given that, unlike the majority of the PC CADDIE team, she had not previously held a position at a golf club. It is precisely this that has shaped her ‘superpower’: building linguistic bridges from the technical jargon of the engineers to the customers, whether in German or French, and even back and forth as required.

In the past, Sandra Mathys played the saxophone with passion and delighted audiences with jazz dance. Today, she combines her demanding career with managing her family life – a home, two children, a cat and a dog. Here too, she remains true to her image as a superheroine: at PC CADDIE, she is known as a true team player who is not only always ready to help but also never shies away from going the extra mile.
