Reliable email delivery: using PDF attachments correctly and avoiding delivery issues

Dear PC CADDIE users,


From time to time, PC CADDIE sends out important emails containing multiple PDF attachments – for example, regarding events, tournaments or internal information. The rule of thumb is:

fewer attachments mean greater reliability.

  • Important: If an email contains more than 5 PDF files, this can delay or even prevent delivery.
  • Our recommendation: Save your documents in the Club Manager’s file manager and instead include 1–2 download links directly in the email text.

This makes the message more concise and clearer – and ensures it arrives safely.
