PC CADDIE lands on the ‘Isle of the Blessed’

Since April 2025, Yannick Ludwicki has been responsible, in his role as club manager, for the strategic, organisational and financial development of Golfclub Leitershofen e.V. With around 20 years’ experience in the golf industry, the 39-year-old combines traditional club values with modern management approaches. A particular focus of his work is the digitalisation of administrative and communication processes. In this regard, Ludwicki relies on his collaboration with PC CADDIE. Following many years of positive experience with the system, Golfclub Leitershofen decided, on his recommendation, to switch to the new IT software at the start of 2026.

“Leitershofen is, in many respects, an island of bliss,” says Ludwicki, describing the club’s current situation. A waiting list for new members, a dedicated membership, ongoing investments such as the renovation of the clubhouse, and a strong club culture provide the best possible conditions for the future. It therefore makes sense to use software that is easy to use, inspires confidence in its stability and opens up new possibilities in the areas of CRM, data analysis and communication: “For us, it was crucial that processes become simpler whilst at the same time enabling us to tap into new potential,” explains Ludwicki. The improved CRM functions, in particular, enable a more targeted approach to members and lay the foundations for modern, service-oriented club management.

The single-handicap player (HC: 7.0) also sees significant benefits in day-to-day operations: from tournament registration and digital scorecards to accounting exports and communication with members, PC CADDIE’s solutions ensure more efficient processes. The increasing digitalisation of bookkeeping and the integration of various administrative tasks simplify workflows and allow resources to be deployed more effectively.

As a strong advocate of data-driven decision-making, Ludwicki also values the extensive analysis and reporting capabilities. Analyses of green fee players, booking behaviour and capacity utilisation provide valuable insights for the club’s strategic development. He also sees future areas such as yield management and the use of artificial intelligence in member communications as exciting opportunities. For Ludwicki, people are always at the heart of this: “Digital solutions should not replace personal contact, but rather create more freedom. The more efficiently our processes run, the more time we have for our members and guests.”

With his experience, his passion for golf and his clear vision of the opportunities offered by digitalisation, Yannick Ludwicki represents a modern generation of club managers – and a close partnership with PC CADDIE as the foundation for forward-looking club management.
