PC CADDIE Annual Meeting: Improving Together

The entire PC CADDIE team gathered at Gut Apeldör for an intensive week of work. This ‘training camp’ was crucial for us in strengthening our team spirit and making progress on key future initiatives. We would like to thank you warmly for your patience this week – the time we have spent together as a team will enable us to serve you even better in the future.
 

Through training sessions and specialist presentations, we have explored key developments in greater depth: automation in Timetable, payment and booking processes, innovations in the association and intranet environment, and additional functions in PC CADDIE. Of particular importance: the responsible use of artificial intelligence. The first AI-supported features are already integrated directly into our software.
 

We have also developed further internally. We are expanding our development team and have held workshops on quality assurance, knowledge management, processes and roles. Our new team leaders – Falk von Wildenradt, Yasmin Kucam and Fabian Nett – have provided valuable impetus and demonstrated how we actively practise participation.

The time spent together has reminded us of what unites us: the commitment to developing solutions that work reliably, make your everyday life easier and bring real progress. A small social programme featuring North Sea sunshine and a Murder Mystery Dinner rounded off the week.

Our conclusion: This week has strengthened us as a team – and thus creates direct added value for you and your future use of PC CADDIE. With renewed energy and a clear focus, we are taking the next steps together with you.
