PC CADDIE Advanced: Annual invoices – accurately allocated, sent out quickly

Once a year, all the invoices have to be sent out, and every single one needs to be correct. In this seminar, you’ll work with Carolin Bindernagel to perform the installation of the annual accounts in PC CADDIE in such a way that it takes a lot of the work off your hands. Items are automatically categorised, your checks are targeted, and in the end, nothing gets lost.
Carolin Bindernagel will show you this step by step
- Automatic item allocation: Each membership is automatically assigned the correct items, without you having to add them individually.
- Creating links: for lockers, training groups or rentals, so that additional services are reliably included on the invoice.
- Customise formatting and letter templates: so your invoices match your club’s branding.
- Monitoring with statistics: You can check all allocations thoroughly before the invoices are sent out.
- Send by email instead of printing: Tips on online invoicing as a modern alternative to paper.
How the seminar works
The seminar consists of four concise online sessions. After each session, you’ll be given a practical exercise to complete in the training version of PC CADDIE provided, to be finished by the next session. This allows you to try everything out at your own pace without altering your club’s actual data. In the following session, Carolin Bindernagel will address your questions. This ensures the knowledge sticks, and you’ll go into the next annual accounts with clear structures and practical tips.
