E-invoicing from 2025: What you need to know now!

Dear PC CADDIE customers,

From 1 January 2025, the e-invoicing regulations will come into force. This brings two changes for both you and us:

1. E-invoices from PC CADDIE to your business customers:
From 18 December 2024, an update will be available ensuring that all invoices generated in PC CADDIE automatically comply with the legally required ZUGFeRD 2.3 format.

2. Our PC CADDIE invoices to you:
We ourselves will also be switching our invoicing to the electronic format from 1 January 2025. We will send all invoices as electronically readable e-invoices in the ZUGFeRD 2.3 format.
Swiss customers will receive invoices in the identical ZUGFeRD/Factur-X standard.
