As the year draws to a close, we would like to reach out to you personally to say thank you – for your trust and your loyalty. We know how varied and demanding your day-to-day work is: from opening the reception in the morning, coordinating tee times and preparing tournaments, to handling invoices or resolving last-minute queries. It is precisely in these moments that PC CADDIE is designed to support you – reliably, clearly and without any additional hurdles. 

Over the past year, we have specifically developed PC CADDIE in the areas that really matter in day-to-day operations. Our focus has been less on visible innovations and more on stability, smooth workflows and improvements in the details – so that processes work even when things need to move quickly or multiple tasks are running simultaneously.
  

Many of these adjustments stem directly from your practical experience: from specific support cases, from feedback such as “this takes time in day-to-day work”, from consultations via the voting tool, and from many open discussions. This input helps us to set the right priorities and make decisions not from behind a desk, but close to the practical reality. 

In the coming year, we want to continue working with you to develop PC CADDIE in such a way that it noticeably reduces your workload, provides guidance and remains reliable in day-to-day operations – day after day, season after season.
