Powerful and clever use of the PC CADDIE software can shorten or even completely reduce administrative work, giving you more time for this warm welcome . In the same time, the stored PC CADDIE knowledge, with the collected customer information, can also be used selectively to fulfill your host role even better, and to address customers in a very personal way. Get started for the next customer right here (examples):
  • Use the "Current information" window to start a personal conversation ("How was your game in ...?").
  • Use the display of current birthdays for automated or customized birthday emails and SMS.
  • Consider the Customer-CRM as an overall picture of the expectations and needs of each customer.
  • Define fixed task and timeline procedures with the Customer-CRM, which appear as ToDos in the daily Appointment window (from the prospective customer → taster course → PE course → congratulations → exam celebration → set of clubs → → member → golf sponsorship →. ..).
  • Save personal preferences and NoGos in the Customer-CRM, like in a hotel Cardex. Immediately offer or prepare frequently booked services with repeated visits without waiting for an explicit request - your customer will appreciate it.
  • Use the Dashboard, selections and statistics to individually identify and discuss the exploitation of club's offers.
  • Use the Timetable-Information for individual service demands, instead of flat-rates.
  • Give the Marshall APP access to the timetable reservations, to carry on their control function. This eliminates a large part of the control discussions and the Marshall may be primarily a golf course host.
  • Offer members and guests freedom of choice over their own booking and leisure behavior, with the Online booking service via Club Website & APP. 
  • Give members privileged access to doors and vending machines via customer card or key fob, using the ID- and vending machines system. They could also invite guests and become hosts themselves.
