Time and again, important e-mails are sent from PC CADDIE with several PDF attachments - for example about events, tournaments or internal information. The following applies: Fewer attachments ensure greater reliability.
- Important: If an email contains more than 5 PDF files, this can delay or completely block sending.
- Our recommendation: Save your documents in the Club Manager file manager and integrate 1-2 download links directly into the email text instead.
This makes the message leaner and clearer - and it is sure to be received.
