Did you know that since a few months you can change the status of several marked mails at the same time in the mail outbox? You activate this batch processing after you have marked the corresponding mails and click "Edit".
By the way, you can mark as follows:
- Click with the mouse and "drag" to mark several (block marking),
- The same with pressed SHIFT key and clicking the first and the last mail of a "block", or
- Individually by holding down the CTRL key (DE) and selecting the individual mails by clicking on them with the mouse, if only a few mails are concerned that are not in a contiguous block directly below each other.
Then the context menu "Change status" opens, where you can select the options "new", "to be sent" and "deleted". The status you select accordingly will be applied to all marked mails. This allows you, for example, to quickly trigger multiple mails to be resent at once - should the mail server ever go on strike.
