Data protection is essential in the sport of golf. Sensitive customer data not only needs to be secured, but also protected from prying eyes. This is why there is a new variable in the format editor as of this month: <IBAN_XXX>. This ensures that the IBAN on lists is made unrecognizable except for the last four digits - and thus unusable for strangers.
To make IBAN unrecognizable on lists, for example, click on the "Fields" button in the format editor and search for <IBAN_XXX>.
We recommend using this variable whenever you cannot guarantee data protection, for example if lists need to be printed out, you also store customer data offline, share computers or the screen can be viewed by customers. The less sensitive customer data can be viewed by unauthorized persons, the better!
