Since 2013, Marc has been working alongside Mr. Benedikt Schmedding and Mr. Axel Heck as Managing Director at PC CADDIE. Even before that, he used the program as a user in his role as co-founder of the "Golf Lounge" in Hamburg and can therefore empathize well with the different perspectives of decision-makers and users.
Marc's credo: "Today, self-responsible and self-organized, small teams are the basis for innovative customer solutions and high quality services. In our support teams, everyone can contribute with their strengths, which leads to a high level of satisfaction among employees and customers. This is reflected in our daily cooperation, especially when there is a lot to do and complex issues have to be solved quickly for our customers. Of course, this doesn't always work out, but I'm delighted when I regularly hear from the team or from customers that we're doing a good job and that people at PC CADDIE see us as people. Because in my view, the personal relationship will continue to make the difference in the increasingly complex world: in the team and with our customers."
Marc feels good when he drives improvements for PC CADDIE with customers, the team and partners. To do this, he observes developments in the market, examines innovation concepts and completes further training, such as most recently a Master's in Digital Transformation Management in 2023.
