Switzerland | More than half a million users have installed the TWINT payment app on their smartphone, which the Swiss company TWINT and the Swiss banks involved in it offer their customers as a convenient and secure payment process via their own smartphone.

TWINT payment app: The smartphone as a digital wallet

Your customers must have an account with a bank providers such as Zürcher Kantonalbank, PostFinance, RAIFFEISEN, CREDIT SUISSE, BCV etc., as well as install the TWINT payment app on their smartphone in order to use the contactless payment.

PC CADDIE POS software supports you if you want to allow your customers TWINT payment, and accepts this  via the integrated SIX payment terminals with display. At pay-out at the SIX payment terminal, the customers are shown a QR code which they scan with their smartphone via their TWINT app. The procedure for the payment terminal is exactly the same as for card payments. The connection of TWINT is quite simple, according to SIX-Payment Services. We would be pleased to assist you within the terms of your maintenance contract with setting up the PC CADDIE technical facilities (additional services may be needed) or to advise you on the integration of the SIX payment services into your PC CADDIE cash desk. We look forward to receiving your emails: support (at) pccaddie.com.
