Mail from the customers is rare. Even more when it contains such sentimental and appreciative content. Mrs Andrea Rumpf from the LICHER-GOLF-CLUB FÜRSTLICHES HOFGUT KOLNHAUSEN e.V. did not miss the opportunity to thank PC CADDIE in writing for the decades-long partnership before entering retirement age. "This is a special moment for us," explains Mr Benedikt Schmedding, founder and owner of PC CADDIE, "We have among our more than 750 customers many grown cooperations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, "but we have not yet received such a great letter."
Mrs Rumpf begins her letter to Mr. and Mrs. Schmedding with a flashback to the first days with PC CADDIE: "In 1993, we sat together in a construction container and you explained the PC CADDIE program to me on a laptop. Since I did not come from the golf industry, you might as well have told me about building a space station. These are memories that have accompanied me my entire professional life." It is clear that Mr Schmedding grinned here for the first time and also remembers the start in Lich. "Basically, Mrs. Rumpf and the Lich Golf Club have grown with us. Each in his own place and yet connected by an appreciative friendship."
At the end of her letter Andrea Rumpf sums up: "Now the time has come and I will retire. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for long periods of good cooperation and professional care. No matter what it was, every problem was solved. Licher Golf Club and PC CADDIE have come a long way together and a lot has happened in the golf industry since then. I can only recommend PC CADDIE to any club and have done so in the past. For me PC CADDIE is like a loyal friend — I wish them all the best for the future."
