Under fortunate circumstances, the main work on accounting and assignment of annual contributions falls into the quieter winter time. But the preliminary work for your monthly and installment payers can already be done. Then you will be able to charge all contributions - whether annual, monthly or individual - easily over the year. The monthly or installment items can be assigned to your customers, also fully automatic, with different due dates (even in the future) if you make the booking into the account.
For continuing to have a clean account management, we recommend: send your customers an overview of future contributions already at the beginning of the year. However, over the year: book the contributions in the PC CADDIE account, with an invoice number, only when due - monthly and timely.
