The SEPA core direct debit is the standard for direct debit procedures within the European Union. While PC CADDIE customers in Germany have been able to initiate the procedure via the software for some time, its use in Austria has now also been successfully tested. In concrete terms, this means that Austrian golf clubs can collect their invoices via domestic banking institutions.
We have provided you with corresponding working aids in the PC CADDIE documentation:
Create Direct Debits (Payment Interface)

Charge off debit notes

The implementation of QR codes on invoices has also been successfully tested. QR codes can help to settle open items quickly and easily via smartphone. To do this, the QR code is scanned with the corresponding app (e.g. "Google Lens" for Android or "Codescanner" for iPhones) and the payment is finalized in the following process. With a corresponding command in the layout, the conversion in PC CADDIE is no problem!
Our PC CADDIE support team will also be happy to help you with any problems. In this context, are you already familiar with our four-day online seminars "Annual Invoicing"? These will take place from November 8-11 and December 6-12, 2022. You can find more information about our seminars and tips & tricks workshops here: https://www.pccaddie.de/en/service/seminars.html
