The New Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) will come into force on September 1, 2023 in Switzerland. In your PC CADDIE software, all functions are already implemented that are necessary to comply with the legal requirements, especially for providing information and deleting or pseudonymizing data.
Please check with your data protection expert which measures are necessary for your operation. We ask for your understanding that our PC CADDIE team is NOT allowed to give legal advice of any kind regarding the application of the data protection law. We are happy to assist you on behalf of larger deletion routines in the execution and operation of PC CADDIE based on your specified requirements.
Please also note that the PC CADDIE software does not perform any automated operations in the sense of data protection, especially no automatic deletion of data. These operations have to be explicitly triggered manually by a responsible person of the operation and are not reversible - please make sure that you have appropriate data backups.
