The golf course of the Arosa Golf Club is located at an altitude of about 1,900 meters. In 2001, the 18-hole golf course (par 65) was opened; a 9-hole course at the same location has already existed since 1946.
Mr Pius A. Achermann, busy president of the golf club, - and for 8 years also president of the Golf Association Graubünden -, is proud of 'his' course, "which is one of the highest situated 18 hole courses in the alpine region. Our tee hole 5 is the highest in Europe, this with a unique panorama of the mountain peaks of Graubünden."
In an interview with PC CADDIE, he emphasizes how important solid training and ongoing education of his team is to him: everyone should be well versed in PC CADDIE. He motivates his employees to take a look at the PC CADDIE media library for current topics and to keep up to date with the articles published there. After all, his team has to answer golfers' questions on a daily basis.
Regular PC CADDIE training sessions are part of this for him: For example, he is already planning another PC CADDIE training session with Managing Director Mr Livio Padrun for his team at the Arosa Golf Club.
