„The rule changes from 1st of January, 2019, aim to make the game of golf easier to understand, fairer and more sustainable. After 30 years, the number of rules was reduced from 34 to 24 rules. In addition, the "Spirit of the game" - the code of conduct of golfers should be revived."
A major change for all the game guidelines, which will be immediately noticed in the first gross result listss is: in tournaments with common gross score when playing tees with different course rating values (for example, for ladies and gents), the scoring now takes place based on the original played results (NEW!).
This change is based onDGV specifications. Sources in the DGV Service Portal (in German):

That is, the gross results that are actually played appear normal, and the gross results taking into account the CR compensation are written in brackets next to them: for example, Gross 22 (24).
