Winter is just around the corner! Analogous to the change of the clocks to winter time, the daily support window of PC CADDIE now also ends at 18:00, as many golf clubs have already changed their opening hours to winter mode.
According to our experience, this often leads to "bottle necks" of your requests - mostly between 10 am and 3 pm. Therefore, we would like to recommend that you also use the time windows from 9-10 a.m. as well as from 3-6 p.m., if possible, to equalize the waiting times.
"Book your Support" is one way to avoid any waiting times. By booking your own support window, you can book your own contact person to solve your problem. You can start a support request by clicking on the green [ i ] in the taskbar of PC CADDIE. Then select "Submit support request". In the following window you can then reserve a time online and send your support request.
