This woman knows what she wants: Kirsten Creutziger was hired as club manager at GC Hardenberg to adapt the golf club to the digital requirements of a modern golf facility. It was clear that the software solutions previously used were put to the test right at the start. One of the first joint decisions with the team and the board was to change the club's software. "It's not worth beating around the bush," she explains looking back. "For 17 years, I've known what PC CADDIE can do and what competitors lack. Why should I work with the second-best IT solution when I can have the best?".
Consequently, since October 2021, the club with the legendary boar in the club logo and the Par3 island green of the eleven on the Lower Saxony Course, which is designed in the outline of a boar, has switched to PC CADDIE and the entire team is thrilled. Kirsten Creutziger's expertise for more than 20 years in the golf business culminated not only through her previous five stints as a club manager, but also in her work at the Lower Saxony-Bremen Golf Association, where she is responsible for betting game processing. "The smash hit in PC CADDIE's service is the app," notes Kirsten Creutziger. "The unanimous opinion among our 1,450 members is that the app puts you in a very modern position. Booking start times, courses or tournament participation is all easy and smooth; as is membership management."
"What's also very important to me," explains Kisten Creutziger, "are reliable contacts, like the ones I have with the support team and Marc Spangenberger at PC CADDIE. Short phone calls and fast help, almost 24/7. That's fun and gives you the security that the IT system is always up and running!".
