At the end of the year, we would like to get in touch with you personally and say thank you - for your trust and loyalty. We know how different and demanding your everyday lives are: when reception starts in the morning, start times are coordinated, tournaments are prepared, invoices are due or questions need to be clarified at short notice. These are precisely the moments when PC CADDIE should provide support - reliably, clearly and without additional hurdles.
Over the past year, we have continued to develop PC CADDIE in areas where it really counts in day-to-day operations. Our focus was less on visible innovations and more on stability, clean workflows and improvements in detail - so that processes also work when things have to be done quickly or a lot is running in parallel.
Many of these adjustments have arisen directly from your practical experience: from specific support cases, from feedback such as "this costs time in everyday life", from votes in the voting tool and from many open discussions. This information helps us to set priorities correctly and make decisions not at our desks, but in practice.
We want to continue working with you in the coming year to further develop PC CADDIE in such a way that it noticeably reduces your workload, provides orientation and remains reliable in day-to-day operations - day after day, season after season.
