In our survey of our gastronomy customers, over 80% of restaurateurs said they would like to implement direct customer ordering through the private cell phone or make it available as an additional option. We have taken this clear vote on board and developed an initial version of the "Self-Waiter" in our PC CADDIE app. A selection of beverage and food groups can be defined, the guest chooses in the menu related to his table and his account and sends the selection directly to the preparation points at the counter and kitchen as a receipt by pressing a button. We will keep you informed about the first experiences!
