Family addition at PC CADDIE in the very south of Germany: PC CADDIE founder Benedikt Schmedding and his team welcome Golf club Erding. Club manager Mr Marc Ober is pleased with the decision of the club board, because "an all-in-one solution brings more and more advantages in everyday life," he explains and continues "Our members, but also our guests prefer just the contemporary online tee time booking and online payment. In addition, the member administration succeeds comfortably and error-free. Of course, you could use isolated solutions for all the needs of the facility, from catering to the driving range, but that's inefficient."
Mr Ober already knows PC CADDIE from his 10 years of management experience before he took on responsibility at GC Erding. He compares the benefit that PC CADDIE offers with a twinkle in his eye: "It's like playing golf. Why should I be satisfied with a par when I can also play a birdie?"
In 2023, the club celebrates its 50th anniversary and looks ahead to a multifaceted expansion of its offerings across more than 70 acres: recent major investments have included a newly opened driving range, a photovoltaic array, parking lot renovations, he construction of a new caddy shed and a 3-hole short-game area expansion. In order to keep full control, to offer members as well as green fee players an attractive facility, the club relies on digital competence and celebrates its anniversary with PC CADDIE.
